Dentures

For patients who have lost their natural teeth, dentures can support facial muscles, improve speech, and restore confidence. For dentures, Dr. Campbell will take impressions of your mouth and send them to a quality dental lab. Your dentures will consist of replacement teeth attached to a custom, gum-colored base. Modern dentures are expertly crafted to look and feel like your original teeth.

Depending on how many teeth you need replaced, Dr. Campbell will suggest partial or full dentures. Partial dentures fill in the gaps for one or more missing teeth on either arch, while full dentures substitute for a full set of teeth on the upper or lower arch. When you initially receive your dentures, they may feel a little strange, and you will probably need time to get used to the replacement teeth. Some patients require a few denture adjustments to find the right fit.

Enjoy a fully restored smile. Call our dental office in Carrollton to schedule a consultation with Dr. Campbell and discuss how dentures can change your smile. Conveniently located in Carrollton, we serve residents from Plano, Lewisville, and across the metroplex.

Smile Makeovers

Ready for a whole new smile? Before we begin treatment, we can show you how it will look with a 3D wax model of your mouth. We’ll even make a special model that you can put in your mouth to see just how great you’ll look when your treatment is complete.

Comprehensive Examinations

Our comprehensive examinations begin with a complete medical history, vital signs, and oral cancer screening. We then conduct a thorough exam of your teeth and gums and other soft tissue to ensure the most accurate assessment. Using an intraoral camera, we will show you any areas of concern so you will understand your treatment plan.

Referrals

Occasionally, we feel that a patient with a more complicated or severe problem—an impacted wisdom tooth or advanced periodontal disease, for example—would benefit from the services of a specialist in that area. In these cases, we can refer patients to specialists whom we know and trust to provide the same high quality of care that we provide.

For Your Comfort

We want you to feel that our office is an oasis of calm in your life. You can listen to music on our noise-canceling headphones and lay back in the dental chair with pillows and blankets we provide. To help you with your anxiety level during your treatment, we also offer nitrous oxide sedation (laughing gas) and oral and IV sleep sedation. Tell us the comfort level you desire.
